Hi Folks,

since we updated (on Dec. 21st) to the current version 2.5.2 we had the second spontanous crash & restart.
In the log I found this:

Can anybody tell me what's happening here and what to do?

Hi,
please enable Asterisk messages in debug log and if/when problem occurs again generate Support Info file (Status -> System Health screen; "Support information" link at the bottom of page) and send this file (with brief description) to our support.

Hi Martin,

thanks for your reply.

Thankfully there was no more crash & restart since I've postet this.
I've now enabled the first Option "Asterisk Log".
How long can/should I let this turned on?

Hi,

if Asterisk works now, you can switch it off...

Debug.log / Asterisk messages are usefull for our support to see what happens when (and before) some problem occurs...
