hi all,

is there a way to setup Callforwarding on busy/dnd on extensions them self?

Situation,

a main number is set to ring on extension 11,

if 11 is busy i keep hearing that its busy or it goes to voicemail.

while i would like to set it go to Extension 12.

i tried ringing groups and Que, but all that does is eather go to voicemail or give me a timer on howlong it should ring before it transfers to Ext 12.

You probably want to set some type of Call Forwarding (user defined) - see basic example http://kb.kerio.com/938

configuration "ring on 12 when 11 is busy" (Ringing Rules of the user with extension 11):

1. Ring extension 11 - with timeout 60 seconds, when busy "Continue"
2. Find me on these numbers: 12 - with timeout 60 seconds
3. no voicemail

that is almost what i am looking for but that option comes with a English Voicemessage,
and seeing that the company is dutch i dont think they will like it,

can i disable the voicemessage? or set another voice message?

Hi,

you can manage languages (voice prompts) in Operator's administration:
- Advanced Options
- Telephony tab
- the most upper "Configure..." button (nearby Default phone language)

There you can add any language for your PBX. Tru to Google for Asterisk language packages on internet - some are free, some are paid...

yes, voicemail can be disabled for each user in the Administration

and also user's Ringing Rules settings (advanced ringing rules in Forwarding) have checkbox "Fallback to voicemail" - simply uncheck it while voicemail is enabled in the Administration
