I have Kerio Connect version 9.1.1, and Microsoft Office 2013. If I am in Excel, and go to File - Share - Email - Send as PDF, I get an error before it comes up as a new email in Outlook. It says "General mail faulure. Quit Microsoft Excel, restart the mail system, and try again."
This is happening on multiple computers, and I'm hoping someone has an idea how to make it work.

Thanks,
Rob

This could be completely unrelated to Kerio Connect.

Are you using the Kerio Outlook Connector?

Does it work if you choose

"Send as Attachment"? (not PDF)

Yes, that works, but Send as XPS fails like the PDF option.

I just Googled this error and it seems to be completely unrelated to Kerio. A recent Office patch has caused this:

Awesome, nice catch! I hadn't used that feature since the migration and I assumed wrong. Thanks!
