I have had an issue with my Kerio connect which seems to have resolved itself.
However I now have an issue with the Sophos Antivirus plugin manager. When I try to enable the anivirus by selecting the option "Use the integrated Sophos antivirus engine"; I get the following error:
"Engine Sophos failed to start: Unable to initialize plugin, error: TimeOut for response has expired"
I have restarted the Kerio service, but this does not resolve the problem.

To find out the reason of this problem may require some troubleshooting (log files, etc.). It will be best to contact our tech support team.
These are some of the things that can cause this problem:
1. Corrupted Sophos plug-in. Delete Sophos folders and run a repair install.
2. External AV software causing a conflict with the Sophos integrated plug-in. Configure the external AV software to exclude all Kerio Connect folders.
3. System running out of RAM. Increasing the RAM memory in the system can help.
