Check this out, for a few users with Operator and Integration with Connect, we get this error occasionally. Their voicemail box fills up and they can no longer receive new messages. We manually clean out the voicemail box, but then we see this:

It is likely the permissions on the folders are not set correctly, so you won't have write access

Ok so how does one go about correcting permissions? And what would even cause a change for certain users?

Hi,

the permissions error most likely means, that the directories do not exist. They don't exist, because voicemail integration failed. Please check warning/error log for more details.

I have checked the logs. Copied above. It's so weird. I tried disabling and re enabling her voicemail. I'll see if that works!

I would expect there would be another message in the error log around that time, something like:
[16/Jan/2017 19:15:20] Connect Integration: Mailbox fjenicek (Operator user fjenicek): error connecting to IMAP: authentication failure (user's email is probably incorrect or is an alias). Will retry in 512 seconds.
