Today I chose to save and clear the logs of a KC server (9.1.1) that has been running since 2014, using the web admin client.
It saved the three smaller logs (Audit, Config and Debug) correctly. The largest of these is 3MB.
It saved only the first part of the remaining logs but without showing any error. In some cases this was only the first year of data. The largest incomplete file is 36MB in size. I don't know how big the complete files should have been and I have now lost all the data since the truncations. Each truncated file ends at a line boundary, not at a random point within a log entry.
This failure is surprising as Kerio features usually work exactly as advertised. Did I do something wrong?

Hello Abramax,

I have seen similar issue when there was a problem with the HD/File system and the log files were corrupted due to it.

You might want to check the integrity of your HD/file system just in case.

All the best,

Jonas
