I need help setting up our new Do Not Reply email address.

I've created the account and email filter, and it works when testing it the first time from an email address, but every test after the first successful test doesn't work - i.e.: I don't receive the auto reply setup within the filters.

Attached is a screen shot of the filter I setup to be sent to all incoming messages.

If you'd like to test the auto reply more than once to see what I am talking about please do so, the email is donotreply[at]phoenixsolutionsgroup[dot]net

AutoReplies are by default configured to be sent only once every 7 days to the same sender.

Try this: while creating or editing the autoreply filter, click on the link at the bottom of the filter that says "VIEW SOURCE" and then "EDIT SOURCE", then change where it says:

vacation :days 7 "...";

for:

vacation :days 0 "...";

Save the filter and give it a try.
