Hi All,

I've got a Secretary who is picking up the phone as she is the first in line to do so.
She has extension 375. She is part of a group (3350) where the call routing goes to when a call comes in.

When she log's into the web interface, she only see the calls made (and history) to her local extension 375. Not the calls from outside the company.

Can we do anything to make this visible for her?

Best regards, Robin

hi!
1) go to her user account in Operator
2) switch to "Extensions" tab
3) select line 375
4) click on "Ringing Rules..." button
5) check for "Receive calls to Ringing Groups..." checkbox state (at the bottom) and enable it probably...

Have a nice day!

Thanks for your reply but that is not working unfortunately.
Any other things we can try or check?

Hi!

I tried exactly your scenario and maybe there is really some problem - I'll discuss it with developer tomorrow.

Thank you for reporting and be patient please, I'll be back soon with further info!

Martin

Hi again!

Have one more question:
Is extension 375 configured to allow multiple registration(lines 375, 375p1, 375p2...)?
If YES, are all 375* lines registered?

We found some problems with combination of ringing groups and multiple registration. Maybe is it exactly what you reported...

Thank you very much!
