hello,

i have latest kerio connect installation.
all is kosher - no blacklists, reverse dns is done, all are using main hostname (eventhough there are 12 domains in addition with SSL addresses, they all use mail hostname for server description and configuration).
SPF entry is corrent. DKIM is corrent (according to this setting in mail server domain section).

What I get response is:

* 3.5 BAYES_99 BODY: Bayes spam probability is 99 to 100%
* [score: 1.0000]
* -0.0 SPF_PASS SPF: sender matches SPF record
* 0.2 BAYES_999 BODY: Bayes spam probability is 99.9 to 100%
* [score: 1.0000]
* 0.4 MIME_HTML_MOSTLY BODY: Multipart message mostly text/html MIME
* 0.1 HTML_MESSAGE BODY: HTML included in message
* 0.1 DKIM_SIGNED Message has a DKIM or DK signature, not necessarily
* valid
* 0.0 T_DKIM_INVALID DKIM-Signature header exists but is not valid
X-Spam-Status: Yes, hits=4.3 required=-20.0 tests=BAYES_99,BAYES_999,
DKIM_SIGNED,HTML_MESSAGE,MIME_HTML_MOSTLY,SPF_PASS,T_DKIM_IN VALID
autolearn=no autolearn_force=no version=3.4.0
X-Spam-Score: 4.3

And I have no f/cking idea what to do.

Any ideas?

Cheers,
Mati

You probably need to reset the Bayesian database. It may be corrupted. Look for a kb Kerio article on this.

Hello,

The problem is not on my server. I disable ALL spam options (Kerio Bitdefender, SpamAssassin, Spam rating), make restart and isnotspam.com test gives still me results:

* 3.5 BAYES_99 BODY: Bayes spam probability is 99 to 100%
* [score: 1.0000]
* -0.0 SPF_PASS SPF: sender matches SPF record
* 0.2 BAYES_999 BODY: Bayes spam probability is 99.9 to 100%
* [score: 1.0000]
* 0.1 HTML_MESSAGE BODY: HTML included in message
* 0.8 MPART_ALT_DIFF BODY: HTML and text parts are different
* 0.1 DKIM_SIGNED Message has a DKIM or DK signature, not necessarily
* valid
* 0.0 T_DKIM_INVALID DKIM-Signature header exists but is not valid
X-Spam-Status: Yes, hits=4.7 required=-20.0 tests=BAYES_99,BAYES_999,
DKIM_SIGNED,HTML_MESSAGE,MPART_ALT_DIFF,SPF_PASS,T_DKIM_INVA LID autolearn=no
autolearn_force=no version=3.4.0
X-Spam-Score: 4.7

These headers seem not to come from Kerio, and there is a strange output in this line:

Quote:
X-Spam-Status: Yes, hits=4.3 required=-20.0

The "required" field is 5.00 in a standard Kerio setup. Having this set to -20.0 means everything is marked as Spam.

Do you have an firewall/SMTP proxy infront of your Kerio Connect server? It could be that this one inserts those headers. Kerio then picks up the "X-Spam-Status: Yes" and moves the mail to Spam.

Please check your firewall/SMTP proxy for Anti-Spam settings and change them there.
