What version of Kerio Connect are you on? As this was a bug in an older version of Kerio Connect?

Carconnex, the new kerio dont support windows XP. we have a lot of PCs white this O.S.

Auch that's another problem!

Maybe you could rollback to a previous version where the problem didn't exist, or reapply the current version?

the previus version had the same problem.
When the kerio service failed, the last access date was wrong.

in the lastest version we had the same problem.

Delete "stats.usr" file in store\mail\yourdomain\username\

And login again.
