I have the Kerio Connect Client (either in browser or Desktop Client) set to display 250 emails per page.

When I perform a search, if the result is in a different page of results within the Inbox i.e. 251-500 or 501-750 etc, when I click the cross in the search box to clear it, the client remains in the page of emails where it found the result. It does not return to the first page of the Inbox as I would expect (especially as that was where I was when I started the search).

This would be a useful feature if it worked across All Folders (to make it easier to identify which folder an email is stored in), but it does not. If I search all folders then clear the search box, the view goes back to page 1 of the Inbox.

This is inconsistent behaviour.

Does anyone have any thoughts - official or otherwise on this?
