Hi every one
I Use kerio control in my office .

i define users in user and set password for them, then active
" Always require users to be authenticated when accessing web page " in:
Domain and users login/ authentication options/web authentication

The problem is :
users can access some web site without authentication, for example they can open Google home page and search ! but for open search result they need authenticate.!
why this happen?
any idea ?
i want to authenticate users for every web site or web services .

Unfortunately it is not possible to redirect HTTPS sites to the authentication page. The default behavior is to allow HTTPS sites without authentication. You can change this so that HTTPS sites are blocked by default. Refer to http://forums.kerio.com/t/29088/https-sites-open-without-aut hentication for instructions.
You can also use other authentication methods such as RADIUS with WiFi, or statically map users to specific IP or MAC addresses. See http://kb.kerio.com/1811 for details.
