Hello,
A customer called to say that they do not get all the mail and they are right!
I can only find that the mail is getting to the server and then it stops.
below what I can find in the log

It is possible that those emails that were not delivered as shown in the log entries above, might have been kept in the queue longer than usual for whatever reason (content filtering, etc.). Does the sender ever receives a bounced email in these cases?

I would recommend to enable the option "SMTP Client" in Logs->Debug to trace all incoming email via SMTP. When a few of these events happen again, get a copy of the original emails from the sender and bounces in case there are any, then contact Kerio TEch support so they can help you analyze the logs from your server.

I just enabled the "SMTP Client" and asked the customer if we could setup some tests
