Hi all,

i got several Questions,

a customer of mine wants to use calling queues,

is it possible to add Wrapup timeto Agents when they had a OUTgoing call,

and they would like to be able to see who has there phone on DND. (Maybe even a Logg of who used dnd today)

I'd recommend a feature request for both of these (http://kb.kerio.com/1643). At the moment, there's no mechanism (that I'm aware of) within Kerio Operator to indicate that an outbound call is being performed by an agent in a queue.

Devs will need to chime in if there's a way to extract DND toggles in the log files. A cursory test of this on my end didn't turn up an obvious answer.
