Does Kerio Connect have the ability to require a passcode on mobile devices?

Basically I want to enforce a policy that anyone with company email setup on their mobile device, that device must have a 4 digit passcode.

Kerio Connect does not have this, however you might consider a mobile device management system. I found this recent roundup from pcmag.com. http://www.pcmag.com/article/342695/the-best-mobile-device-m anagement-mdm-software-of-2016

How can I submit a Feature Request? This is a basic capability of Exchange ActiveSync.

An MDM system is the best way to manage this. We use Jamf Pro (formerly Casper) for this.
