Hi,

Need help i'm out of idea!!!

Here is my setup with Operator:
- GrandStream GXW4108 and 6 of 8 analog line port are populated

- GrandStream phones GXP2160 Phones

Here is the problems with the phones GrandStream 2160:

The problems if when a call arrive and it reach by example my extension 233 i answer it and when i finish with them i need to transfer this call to another extension i press the softkey (Transfer) and press 225 the call should be transferred to extension 225, but they not...( SEE ATTACHED PICTURE) so, the only way to do that is to press softkey (transfer) and press contact Icon (Envelope Button) and select > Local PhoneBook and select the users and select dial, then that way it work, but that way it's not very convenient !

Another way is to using physical programmable key to transfer call but again this is not working...

Any help would be appreciated!

Regards,

Sorry, after testing more deeply

On Gxp 2160 phones:
using Physical Multi-Purpose Keys and selecting (Speed Dial via Active Account) do the trick!

But would be nice to have the possibility to just press (Transfer key) and press 233 to transfer that call to the desired extension instead of selecting contact Icon (Envelope Button) and select > Local PhoneBook and select the users and select dial....

Any Help About that would be VERY appreciated !!!!

Best regards,
