Hi
we have an mail address we don't use anymore, but some customers of us still write to them.
I set up an Out of Office message like ' this address isn't in use any more, please contact <_at_> ...
now this message will be sent only once ! is there a possibility to have the message sent every time an e-mail comes in to the address and not just once ?

Thanks for any information

Setup a "Message Filter" via Kerio Admin this will work.
In "Receiving Rules" add this Filter

Any of the following must met:
-To - Equals - "unused email"
-Cc - Equals - "unused email"

Perform the following Action:
Auto-reply - "reply Text"

Cheers

What SebStar proposes should work great. I have done the same. The out of office reply replies once to each sender, not just one time. I guess these people sending to that email address don't READ what the auto-reply says?
