We would like our phones to lookup numbers in our Kerio Connect public contact list.

We use Snom 821 phones (with latest firmware)
With our Kerio Operator box hosted external (NOT behind NAT) (latest version 2.5.3)
And Kerio Connect mail server (latest version 9.2.1) (also hosted externally)

We don't auto provision the phones as per Kerio's Recommendation when the Operator box is external.

So im manually trying to configure LDAP lookup on the phones
All is looking good except for 1 error on the mail server "Wrong DN" (see Kerio Connect log below)

I think i need to set some additional fields in the phones, but not sure what...any suggestions?

update:

tried to open a support ticket about this today, but keep getting errors at the end of support ticket creation, that it failed...

can some1 help me?
