When trying to create a conference call on a Cisco 7975 there is no "Join" option.

I can call the first number, then press "Confrn" to add another number but after that I have one person on hold and one person live. I can never get both people live.

I can create a conference call ok with a Cisco 7960 on the same system.

Any idea how I make the 7975 work for conference calls?

I have the same problem with Cisco 7961 phones as well.

I've found some information about softkeys, using a softkeys.xml file. But I'm unsure where to upload this file to.

My issue is mentioned in this link:-

https:// pbxinaflash.com/community/threads/small-issues-with-cisco-79 75g.14344/

I downloaded the attached softkeys.xml file from here:-

https://issues.asterisk.org/jira/browse/ASTERISK-13145

Any suggestions on how to use the softkeys.xml file with Operator?
