Is there a way to get a report on the maximum number of concurrent calls we have experienced per week over the last, say, 2 years.

We are looking at a new phone contract and wondering if we should increase/decrease number of lines.

In the Status -> Calls there is a chart at the bottom that will show you the peak number of active calls in a given period. You can go back as far as one month.
