Hi,

Just wondering if someone could help me investigation this.
Since Tuesday my users reporting that the UI in the web client for Kerio Connect is very slow. This is true for all browser as well as the standalone Kerio Client. Also, I can confirm this for the admin console as well.
The server runs on a virtualized Windows 2008 R2 machine.

Thanks.

Can be caused by "Log hostnames for incoming connection" option if your DNS is very slow or cannot resolve reverse DNS PTR.

Thanks Pavel! That did help indeed.

However, seems like I have a different problem at hand now.

Pavel,

A few more more questions.
What purpose has 'Log hostnames for incoming connection' in Kerio Connect? Does it just add the hostnames to the log files?
Would there be other disadvantages when leaving this option unchecked/disabled?

Thanks

Yes, it just adds a hostname to the log files.
