Hi There,

Is anybody being affected by issues when trying to update AV? It looks like there is a problem with Google DNS and/or cdn77.org servers (maybe Amazon AWS) since no Kerio Control in Brazil is able to update the AV DB.
We had to add an entry at hosts table in order to make it work.
Kerio Control error log shows this message:
"[06/Mar/2017 17:55:26] Antivirus Server error:(PID: 3024) Cannot download list file sophos-update.kerio.com/ide_2248/535/ide-files.list. Check your internet connection.
[06/Mar/2017 17:55:26] Unable to perform Built-in Sophos Antivirus update. Error: Cannot download list file sophos-update.kerio.com/ide_2248/535/ide-files.list. Check your internet connection."

BTW, we're a disty for Brazil.
I hope Kerio has noticed that.
Looking forward to hearing from you ASAP.
Regards,
Reinaldo

Try to reach http://sophos-update.kerio.com in your web browser. Make sure it can resolve in DNS. It should resolve to 195.39.55.148. Make sure you can ping to this host.

It is working again.
It looks like some instability happened (maybe due to Amazon and cdn77?) until yesterday.
Apparently it is solved now.
Thanks,
Reinaldo
