We are trying to tell from the API which extension answered a call from a Queue. Using Jsonrpc and the Web interface we can't see this information. Can anyone help?

The API is limited to information available within the administration. Unfortunately there is no historical call information specific to call queues. The only option I can suggest is to parse the call history for the agent's extension and capture the call details. However this would not guarantee that the call was received through a queue and may not be ideal.
Another option is to use the Asterisk AMI, or to use a system such as OrderlyStats that uses the Asterisk AMI.
