Hi,

some employees of our customer are getting the following notification in Outlook 2010 (with KOFF, this appeared repeatedly):

"Es gab einen Synchronisationskonflikt bezüglich des Unterordners '' des Ordners 'Top of Personal Folders'.

Grund: Es war nicht möglich, einen Ordner mit diesem Namen auf dem Server zu erstellen.

Als Lösung wurde der Ordner in den Ordner 'Konflikte' umgelagert."

As far as we know this happens today for the first time. No changes in Kerio configuration, no changes on the workstations were made. There are no errors in the error log on the Kerio server.

Kerio Connect (v 9.1.1) is running on Windows Server 2012

Can someone help? Thanks!

Do you use Eset antivirus or similar AV solution in Outlook?

Thanks for your reply,

yes we are using ESET Endpoint Antivirus. The version we are using has not changed since a few months (except signature updates).

We began receiving these same messages yesterday. "There was a synchronization conflict regarding the subfolder '' of the 'Top of Personal Folders' folder.

Kerio Version 9.1.1 running on Windows Server 2012
ESET Endpoint Security running on client machines.

We have also had no changes to Kerio or ESET prior to this happening.

Hoping someone has some suggestions.

Looks like it could be caused by recent Eset update.

Eset has confirmed this as an issue in latest update of Eset EndPoint. They are working on an update to fix this problem.
