Hi,
All our payslips are issued using password protected PDFs

With the last round of slips, I noted that the system was removing the attachment for some reason, but I couldn't see why in the txt file that replaces the pdf.

Kerio Control email scanner was unable to check the following file
(i.e. corrupted/encrypted zip archive):
Name: "First Name Last Name" Payslip 23-03-2017.pdf
Content type: application/pdf
The file was removed.

Note how it says ZIP archive, but should be pdf. Is there are reason in this possibly?

Because it is password protected it can't be scanned.
So you must choose to allow delivery.

thanks
When you mentioned that, I actually had a look at our firewall (Kerio control) and there was a setting there that had been changed.

We'll see how it goes this week! Embarassed
