After some of our iOS users have updated to the just released 10.3 they are getting annoying popups about "Calendar Invitation - Your response to the invitation cannot be sent" every now and then.

Only using Kerio for email and calendar over ActiveSync.
No pending invitation and nothing in the outbox.
Normal email sending and receiving works as before.

Anyone seen this? Will try to remove and recreate the Kerio account. Not much in the logs either.
/Mattias

Too bad. Re-adding the account didn't do anything here. Hopefully a fix to Kerio Connect will be released soon. I have filed a support request.

OK, solved this by doing some experiments.
Instead of removing the entire ActiveSync account, I turned off only the Calendar syncing. This caused the Settings app to hang and after a minute close. I did a reboot of the device and then back to Settings to turn on the Calendar sync. Settings app hang again and I waited until it crashed back to home screen. Rebooted and now problems seems to be solved.

It has worked on my both devices updated to iOS 10.3 (iPhone SE and iPad) and I'll check the other users in the office today.

Thanks for sharing. Is this a known issue?

I cannot say. I worked on this issue with Jeff from Kerio Support for a while, but they didn't seem to have a solution so I found this by experimenting on our affected devices and users. Everyone (8 users and +15 devices raging from iPads to iPhones) is now updated to 10.3 and this fixed has worked for them all.

I saw that 9.2.2 patch 1 was released today but haven't seen any release notes.

Hi Vicky,
thanks. Seems like this issue wasn't addressed and it didn't affect too many users. Could be some combination of Swedish language settings and time-format or what not.

Anyway, we are all up and running.

Hi M.sand,

I could not say if the swedish language caused any issues but I have seen national characters cause stranger behavior than this so it is a possibility. If you have a case open with Jeff/support then keep at it there and I'm sure we can try and narrow the issue down.

I hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend,

Hi,

same issue here on all 5 IOS 10.3 devices we have in the family. 9.2.2 patch 1 did not solve it either.

@kerio-team: Here's some relevant lines from a debug log I took (i wanted to sent the full log via the "report a bug" function today, but in the last step it told me "ERROR: Ticket cannot be created. Please try again later or contact technical support via phone."

Please see the red line below.

@netmax:
did you try my work-around described? It worked for all of us in the office on iOS 10.3.

Hi Mattias,

nope ... tried it on my IPhone and IPad exactly the same way you did describe it - the issue still persists. Unfortunately. Seems we need to wait for 9.2.2 Patch 2 ... hopefully fast, this is a real issue!
