Can I please request an editable Alert-Info string for call parking?

I have the issue whereby staff are parking calls, and then when they fall back the staff an answering the call with their usual spiel and the customer has to say "uhh, I was on hold for Tony". Rather unprofessional.

This would be ideally added to fallback calls as well, so when you transfer to an extension and it falls back, the phones play a different ringtone.
