Hello,

during the last few days some users begin to complain that they have a problems with synchronization of email and calendar in MS Otulook and in iPhones. Some of them are losing calendar items, OR the other way, the items are duplicated! To others the status of Outlook Connector is changing to disconnected spontaneously. I looked into the log and found several similar error:

ActiveSync: Inconsistent synchronization. The device has sent the invalid SyncKey [T=20170328T102518Z;U=0;F=0;M=296;S=0;], DeviceId: B307F264CEF949B2ADFD8ACC180CF8CE, User: , Collection: [guid: c79926bc-f9d0-4f0b-8896-1a3d1afa0e7a; id: 109; ~ ]. Forcing folder re-synchronization.

I haven't found much about this in forums, so I post a new topic. The current version of Kerio Connect 9.2.1. Would it help to update Kerio Connector to version 9.2.2?

Thank you very much for any help.
