Hi Everyone,

Using the webmail, one of the account we have is getting the message"INBOX is already being reindexed. Try later" when searching. On the client mail (mac mail app.), It keeps reloading the inbox and sent items like it was never been loaded before. Once the syncing is done, the emails will stay for a while then will start to reload again all the email again.

We suspect that he issue is coming the webmail being reindex. Is there a way we can stop it to reindex? and Is there a reason why its reindexing?

Also, before doing any step, is there any way we can backup or save all emails first on a HD as a precaution incase something happen?

any help is appreciated.
