I have a cloud user with a lot of not responding problems with outlook since going to kerio cloud.

The user was formerly using pop3, and has imported a fair bit of data from their old PST file into the kerio mailbox. Could it be that the mailbox slows as it gets larger?

Is there anything we can do to optimise when using outlook?

It's certainly true that as a mail box gets larger, it takes longer to process certain actions.
Some things to consider:
- use an archiving service (GFI Archiver, or MailStore) which can work well with Kerio Connect
- encourage users to keep their mailboxes tidy and not to include huge attachments

We do plan to make all of our products faster and more scalable over time,
