We are getting occasional calls to some of our sip handsets from numbers like 100, 1000 etc. and when you answer there is noone there. These calls ring forever, you cant ignore them.

I think it is SIP spam. I cant tell if that means the sip spammer is attacking the Kerio operator server in the cloud, the SIP provider's server, or the handset directly, but I assume it must be the servers since the handsets are behind a NAT.

Is there anything we can do to reduce our exposure to this?

We also get a large number of emails from operator saying a user failed to authenticate and was blocked...
