I have an iPhone 6s, 16Gb, running 10.3.1 with Microsoft Outlook for iOS, 2.23.0, setup with Connect 9.2.1 build 2397. The Connect calendar is the only on the iPhone.

Is anyone using this setup and having problems with the duplication of Calendar Events? If so where you able to solve the issue?

Thanks.

I've the same issue. However it seems that the issue lays within the Outlook Application.

Will,

Glad to here it isn't just me.

I opened a support ticket. Kerio is not doing anything to support it due to past security issues. The app works trough a caching system that was on AWS. Now that it is owned by Microsoft, the caching is being moved to O365.

I noticed that the duplicating happens with events that have an invite. If I go to settings and do a reset of the account, the duplicates are cleared, but eventually come back.

Hi Len,

I'll apologize upfront for the suggest solution.
Delete the Outlook app and use the IOS embedded one* or an alternative.

I've had contact with Microsoft to discuss several issues. For example: signing of the document via certificate is not possible.
This is essential for my business, therefore I don't use "Outlook app for IOS" for business.

*I've ActiveSync licence enabled.

Cheers,
