Hi All,

Does anyone here use Yealink 4x phones and make significant use of Template Overrides? I'm trying to wrap my head around it to set up some Alert-Info defaults so I don't have set them manually on each phone?

Or do you have a Template file that you'd be willing to post here as an example?

So, much poking and prodding I've worked it out. Simply whack this on the end of the Yealink Individual Config template override and you're done.

# - Manually Added -
distinctive_ring_tones.alert_info.1.text = operator-queue
distinctive_ring_tones.alert_info.1.ringer = 2
distinctive_ring_tones.alert_info.2.text =
distinctive_ring_tones.alert_info.2.ringer =

*repeat for 3, 4, 5 etc*

Then refresh the config on your phones.

Happy Days.
