Hi Kerio,
My service provider is MegaPath (it's in your provider list). They are keep complaining that my pbx is sending the keep-alive request signal too often. I checked my setting about this. There are actually only 2 options allow me to play. 1. Required to register 2. Send keep-alive request every 20 seconds.

Normally i mark checked on these 2 options. However, My service provider Megapath only allows the request sending around every 50 seconds. If the signal flooding too much which causes call in/out fail.
Then I tried to uncheck the "20 seconds" option, they said the request sending becomes to every 3 mins, which is too long to may cause the connection fail.

They asked me to ask you guys and see if you have any better solution.

Thanks

Jack

My carrier is NexVortex for all of my Operator servers, and they also advise keeping the Keep-alive interval to 15 or 30 minutes, and to turn it off altogether if it is pinging every 20 seconds.
