So now that we are going to a lot of Hosted Operator Installs we have found a few short comings.

1. There is no way to reboot a remote phone, usually you do this under "Provisioned Phones" but in a cloud hosted system the phones are not provisioned so nothing is listed there. I know the SIP protocol and Asterisk supports rebooting, Operator just doesn't provide a way to send the command.

2. Exporting list of Extensions and Passwords, with cloud based systems we have to do our own provisioning system, it would be great to be able to export a CSV of the extensions and passwords so we can import them into provisioning.

Anyone figured a way to accomplish either of these?
