Aloha,

when I connect on my macOS 10.12.5 a Kerio connect account I have 2 problems:

1. In the calendar app I see an error, that the calendar can not refresh.
2. After 5-10min my complete account is deleted automatically from my Mac!!!!!

Any ideas, what could be the root cause, and where to search for a some help?
Any log files on my Mac?

Thanks
Marcel

Have you just updated to 10.12.5 and has the https service failed to start?

If so, fire up Terminal and do the following:

sudo su -

nano /Library/Server/Web/Config/Proxy/apache_serviceproxy.conf

Stick a '#" in front of the lines Listen 80 and Listen 443. Ctrl + X then Y then hit enter

ps -ax | grep apache

This will give you a list of processes. The number at the start of the line is the process number. Make a note of the first one - we'll call this pnumber.

kill pnumber

ps -ax | grep apache

You should see that all the apache processes have stopped if you're quick enough. When they fire up again, you should only see two lines. If you see more, kill the first one in the list again.

Start the https service and you should be back to normal.

Aloha,
thanks for your reply.

Actually the Kerio Web server itself is running.

The problem is more on the EWS protocol between my Mac and the Kerio server

Thanks

So what error do you get in the logs, then?

Are you seeing anything in the Security Log? Also, go to the Debug Log and right click, select messages untick everything apart from HTTP Module > EWS. Click OK then clear the log. What do you see?
