When can we expect 6.04 to repair the error's 6.03 made.

At this moment I have 25 people who have to work with Webmail, while they are used to Outlook 2000 and often work with the office mail to function wich doesn't work in Webmail. Imap is no option because for the planning we also use Outlook.

We are using Kerio for just 2 weeks now and it is hard for us to go back to standalone Outlook or to buy another mail server program.

Normally I install updates as soon as they are available but I had a bad feeling about 6.03.

From what I have read on the forums so far, I'm immensely grateful for that intuition. Our enterprise uses Outlook 2000 almost exclusively so the problems described here would have been disastrous for us.

Kerio, we all need some communication from you as to what is going on here. When are we going to see a fixed update? When are the problems we have all been encountering going to be resolved?

You have an excellent product, one which most of the users on this forum have recommended, bought and rolled out, only to be continuously harried by our users as to the many problems they encounter.

What we all need is an answer we can give, a show of faith from Kerio that the problems WILL be fixed. We need to know you are working hard to support the many people who have supported you.

TALK TO US! No-one is blaming you for having problems, we understand the complexities in developing such an intricate program but we need feedback.

Throw us a line, Kerio. Use these forums as a place to communicate with your end users; the people on the front lines being attacked daily for having backed your product.

Thank you.

Hi all,

some users reported that their Outlook 2000 crash after upgrade of KOC to 6.0.3. We researched that Outlook 2000 is very unique client and there are problems in manipulation with our Spam/Not Spam buttons. These problem may cause the crash in outllib.dll.

The patched version of KOC 6.0.3 is available on our prerelease site: http://www.kerio.com/prerelease/dyn/6a2049295d8d49cf44d58e99 f/kerio-mapi-6.0.3-win.exe
