I have been contacted by The SCPA (Société Civile des Producteurs Associés) in France as they require details of the music we use on hold.

I have been unable to find any information relating to the music files provided by Kerio as part of the Operator software.

Can you help me ?

I believe those default MOH sound clips were produced internally and they are free to modify or reuse. Unfortunately I'm not able to confirm that. If it is in question, I suggest that you upload your own music on hold music where you can confirm the usage rights.
