Hello everyone,

We have been using Kerio Connect since version 8 with great success, until last wednesday we upgraded to new 9.2.3 version from 9.1 and it went terribly wrong. The servers performance went down dramatically. Hard drives never stop reading and user experience has become more than unsatisfactory. Even more, as problems arised, in the weekend we attempted to go back, with the same performance issues. We are now using version 9.04 patch 1, which is the one that has worked best for us now.

Our mailserver is an intel core i3 quadcore, 6GB RAM, 2TB 5400 RPM hard drive (about to be changed to 7200 RPM 3TB hard drive), we have over 60 users, 800GB mail storage.

Any help or insights will be appreciated.

Thank you all

Without debug logs it is very difficult to tell and the answer is just guess work.

If the disks are constantly accessed, it could be that indexes are being rebuilt which temporarily results in high disk usage. The logs will tell you if that is the case.

You should also open a support case and have logs and upgrade logs handy.
