I just fresh install to 9.2.3 I can't update bidfender.
Log:-
Cannot find update location: failed to connect to bdupdate.kerio.com port 443: connection timed out. download failed.

ping bdupdate.kerio.com not success.
ping bdupdate-cdn.kerio.com is success.

Is there any method to manual update instead of automatic update??

Finally I worked after waiting 4 hours to update.

GFI support advised following solution:-
Make sure to allow both way HTTP and HTTPS traffic between the Connect server and the following URLs:
bdupdate.kerio.com
bdupdate-cdn.kerio.com

1) Stop Connect
2) Browser to the installation folder (Program Files\Kerio\mailserver) and open mailserver.cfg in a text editor (as Admin)
3) Search for "ValidateUpdateServer" and set the value to =0
4) Restart Connect and try to update Bitdefender.

If you want to see the activity, setup debug log:-
1) Go to Webadmin->Logs->Debug
2) Right-click in the main window->Messages
3) Tick ONLY the following options:
4) Content Filters->Antivirus Checking
5) Now right-click in the main window again and choose "Clear Log"
