Hello,
I have an issue with users mails.
I use 9.2 version.
Yesterday I found that my users can't see they emails
In operation log I found following lines.
{DELETE} Protocol: SYSTEM, User: $backup_agent, Folder: #archive/2017-...

Users working with MAPI and outlook connector, some users directly with WEB interface, and some of them, with Kerio Connect Client.
Those who use outlook could see they emails, but when they login by web, there is only few mails.
Items clean out disabled for all users and items.
Is this archiving issue? How can I fix it and how can I avoid it in future.
