Our server has not received any Sophos updates in the last 8 days. The debug log says no updates are available. Is anyone getting Sophos updates?

Are you running on macOS with a version of 9.1.1 or earlier?

My 8.5.3 on 2012 tells me that the 8 day old signature is the most current.

We see the same behaviour here on both of the two Customer installations we checked so far.
It seems that there are no updates since June 12th 2017 and sophos av database 5.39.13253349.
We opened a ticket but there was no response so far!
We think this is a serious issue because without recent av signatures there is obviously very little virus protection!

10 days old now. It looks like they just aren't updating the server anymore. Did they dump Sophos 6 months earlier than they had said?

Could you please point me to where you got the information from that sophos av will be dropped in 6 months?

Here's the email text. It's actually 3/23/2018, 9 months. I received the email a few months ago. I think Mac support was dropped a few months ago.

New antivirus engine protects small and mid-sized businesses

Kerio Control and Kerio Connect 9.2.2, both released today, feature a new Kerio Antivirus option, offering powerful protection against cybersecurity threats.

Following market research and testing, Kerio Antivirus will now be powered by Bitdefender, making it quicker to react to new threats and faster to scan. Kerio's previous Sophos antivirus engine will continue to work in older deployments, and will receive updates according to the following schedule:

•March 23, 2017 - 9.2.2 release with Kerio Antivirus powered by Bitdefender in all new installations
- When upgrading to or installing 9.2.2, Bitdefender will be the antivirus engine.
- Sophos will continue to operate on installations running earlier versions of the product.
•March 28, 2018* - Sophos antivirus engine in all deployments will no longer receive updates. This affects installations running version 9.2.1 and earlier of Kerio Control and Kerio Connect.

Not 6 months, more. I got an email from Kerio Technologies at 23 March 2017:

Dear folks at kerio/gfi,
this isn't fun anymore! More than 11 days without av signature updates! All our kerio customers are in maintenance and all have ordered and paied av! They have a right to get updates!
We opened a ticket (GFI-170621-492433) on June 21th 2017 10:30am and except of the automatic response nothing happened!
Now my question is: did you terminate support? Or business? Or just av updates... Please clarify!

Best regards

Same situation here.....database is not getting updated anymore and no technical answer from the support.
Despite the fact that nobody should only rely on one layer of protection, it looks to me as a BIG loss of respect for all the customers around the world.
