Hey guys,

I am noticing an issue with a few of our users. iOS calendars are not syncing with Mac calendars or Webmail.
I have tried changing setting on the their iPhones but nothing seems to make them change and pull the data down.
Has anyone experienced this before?

For example if a event is entered on the iOS calendar then it doesn't show up in the Mac calendar.

Similar things happen the other way around as well.

When the event is entered in the iOS calendar it doesn't show up in webmail, however if made in the Mac calendar it does show up in webmail
Same if a event is made in Webmail, it can be seen on the Mac but not on the iOS calendar.

Any ideas what could be causing the lack of syncing?

Thanks
Miles K

Thanks

same, but here it's Windows 10 Mobile phones. Enter an event on a phone, no syncing to kerio happens. Enter in on a desktop, syncing to mobile works within seconds.
Strange thing is that if you delete an event on your phone, which was inserted on a desktop, then the delete action does sync to kerio and the event dissapears on the desktop as well.
