I thought I'd drop a link to this here as some may find it handy. You can automate the refresh of Let's Encrypt certificates in Kerio Operator with some scripting.

Using this method you'll be editing the Firebird configuration database directly, so beware. This will probably work, but it may blow up your Kerio server. Know the script and test it on a test box before putting this into production.
