I installed the upgrade to KMS and KOC to 6.0.3. Every time I start Outlook 2000, it comes up and I see the initial display. Then, it freezes and I eventually get the following error. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the KOC. No luck. Any ideas?

I did find out a little bit more doing testing. If all the messages in the inbox are removed, Outlook will start up. As soon as you browse to a folder that contains messages... including messages in a PST, Outlook freezes then crashes with this error message.

The Problem with Outlook 2000 still exists.. but...
install personal folders and internet e-mail.. deliver the mail in the personal folders through the internet e-mail .... mail downloaded from the ipnumber of the kerio mailserver...then the public folders will work .. only you cant share the personal folders .. and the webmail function doesnt display the mail anymore.. but you can use the calendar and share them.... the spam function doesnt work also.. be patience.. i think the problem will be solved.. hopefully quick...

Thnx and Greetings...

Yes, this is an updated version of KOC 6.0.3.

Hi all,

some users reported that their Outlook 2000 crash after upgrade of KOC to 6.0.3. We researched that Outlook 2000 is very unique client and there are problems in manipulation with our Spam/Not Spam buttons. These problem may cause the crash in outllib.dll.

The patched version of KOC 6.0.3 is available on our prerelease site: http://www.kerio.com/prerelease/dyn/6a2049295d8d49cf44d58e99 f/kerio-mapi-6.0.3-win.exe
For automatic updates you must replace current files (KMS.KOC-6-0-3-T-0-0.tgz and KMS.KOC-6-0-3-T-0-0.tgz.sig) in the Kerio/Mailserver/webmail/download directory by those from the archive: http://www.kerio.com/prerelease/dyn/f07636f65ccb8f21886f175a c/KMS.KOC.zip

These unique URLs are valid for next 240 hours (10 days).

This partially fixes the problem. Outlook 2000 opens now, most functions seem to work as before. Marking as Spam causes a crash still. Marking as Not Spam works though.

I can confirm that. Outlook 2000, the new KOC 6.03 (rev 2) and windows 2k. Marking an email as spam causes Outlook.exe to crash and close. I can reload Outlook and the email is marked as SPAM. Marking it as NOT spam does NOT cause an error.
