Hello,

After the lastes update of Centos 7 Kerio connect doesn't start.
3.10.0-514.21.2.el17.x86_64 is not working.
Even after a clean install of the os and Kerio Connect.
When i roll back to 7.3 3.10.0-514.10.2.el17.x86_64 its starting up.

Thx

Greets

Jef

Dear,

Thank you for your email. This is a known issue with the latest Kernel upgrade. A fix is currently being worked on. There are two possible workaround in the mean time:

1) Downgrade to the previous Kernel.
2) Manually run the binary file for Kerio Connect - the service won't show as "started" but operation is normal. Run the following command as 'root':

/opt/kerio/mailserver/mailserver

You might need to link a library with ln -s if an error appears, after that the binary should run normally.

Let me know if you have any questions.
