What's the expected response on a support request? We've had an issue occur twice now that stops calls working - I filled in the support form 48 hours ago and am yet to have it responded to - is that normal?

Hi, no that is not our expected normal response rate. I hope you are finding that our support responses are better now. We had some of our partners let us know that they had some trouble getting through, and we have been, and will continue to make improvements to ensure our customers get the help that they need when they need it.
