Since installing the 9.2.3 update a few weeks ago, I'm getting a lot of complaints about contacts being scrambled. the email addresses for the autocomplete and in some cases the actual contact has the wrong email address. We have sent many emails to the wrong people. This is completely unacceptable for a business and I have to find a fix. It's random and at first I thought people were crazy but I too found that the autocomplete in my Outlook 2016 would show the correct name but the email address was someone else. I also had a case yesterday where a group was sent an email and someone outside the group received it and one of the people who was in the group did not get it.

Is there a way to find corruption in contacts? This seems to be global to our organization. I thought I would check here before opening a support case, since it is random.

Where is that happening? In the Kerio Web Client?

If you look in "Sent Items", do you actually see that it went to the wrong recipient?

We are on 9.2.3 and I did not find such a behaviour.

This is from Outlook 2016. I believe it has happened on both Mac and PC. In all cases, an email sent to one person goes to a different person. In one instance, I found that by deleting the cache for that email recipient on the senders Outlook, cured it. I can't figure out how it got so messed up. Is the autocomplete cache held on the server in Outlook 2016? It seems that it would have to be since a dozen people are having the exact same problem with the exact two email addresses.
