The last version 9.2.4 of Kerio contains an error that breaks URLs in HTML
emails. The affected URLs are those that contain '&' character in its
query part. The '&' character is escaped in the link, i.e. replaced with
'&' which breaks the URL and makes all GET parameters except the
first one useless.

HTML in body:

<a href="http://my.server.com/?a=1&b=2">Link</a>

Is expected to render as:

<a href="http://my.server.com/?a=1&b=2">Link</a>

Is rendered as:

<a href="http://my.server.com/?a=1&amp;b=2">Link</a>

Further, if an email with such URL is replied to or forwarded then it
escaped one more time, so it becomes:

<a href="http://my.server.com/?a=1&amp;amp;b=2">Link</a>

Please fix this bug as soon as possible.

I can't reproduce this using safari and chrome browsers. What browser are you using and can you check it from other browsers. I tested both composing and receiving from Kerio Connect Client and Apple Mail client.

This was just reported to me as well in Safari. The same thing happened for this user in Chrome. So far this is the only time I have run into it...

KC 9.2.4 on Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard
Web client on Safari 10.1.1 (12603.2.4) and Chrome 52.0.2743.116 (64-bit)
MacOS Sierra 10.12.5

I'm also seeing it on Windows 10 Pro 1703 64-bit...

Firefox 54.0.1 (32-bit)
Chrome 59.0.3071.115 (64-bit)
IE 11.483.15063.0
Edge 40.15063.0.0
Opera 46.0.2597.46
Kerio Connect Windows Client 9.2.4 (9744)

The following show the links fine:
Outlook 2016
Kerio Connect Windows Client 9.2.2 (7788)
Thunderbird 52.2.1 (32-bit)

Old emails do the same, it isn't just new ones.

this just affected me too, official Chrome 59.0.3071.115 on Linux.

it only did it to the URL in an href, a plain text non-link version of the URL was not affected.
