Hi

I use new version of kerio control version 9.2 build 2172 but the problem is that there is no users activity and it is not possible to limit bandwidth although in last version it was possible. every users can log in to kerio but according to the attachment it seems there is no login and no users statistics are available could you please help me what happened?

The behavior of user login should be the same as the previous version. Have a look at this article. http://manuals.gfi.com/en/kerio/control/content/server-confi guration-kerio-control/authenticating-users-to-kerio-control -1811.html
There is a troubleshooting section and a description of the various authentication options.

hi

it become oky suddenly after 2 days it seems it is slow to show users activity this is strange for such a known software to be slow for only 90 users!
about bandwidth that was my problem i used reservation instead of limit!!
